At Trioplast, we actively support research in ensiling technology. This type of active support is based on a long-term perspective. One example of this is the studies into how to reduce losses in storage systems, such as bales wrapped in film based on our new technology called PRETECH. By reducing losses, we increase the opportunities to work the soil more effectively, paving the way for new business opportunities to take root. These new opportunities can be biomass energy or raw material for green polythene that, at some point in the future, can be converted into the film that protects your feed. Together with you as a customer and a partner, we continually create new conditions for solutions that offer long-term sustainability.
By cooperating and sharing knowledge, we want to contribute to modern agricultural methods that are sound as well as effective. The Lean concept has long been practised by industry. Triowrap, Tenospin and Agrispinflex are all based on a multilayer principle with different properties in the different layers, such as adhesion, strength and minimal friction on the outside to provide optimal bale handling to name but a few. These are properties that provide high reliability during the hectic harvest and stable protection of the silage, quite simply, an extra insurance measure. ContractorWrap builds on this concept, but here we've minimised the packaging around the film rolls to save both time and the environment. Trioplus, which is based on PRETECH, takes the wrapping of bales to a new level by saving time and thereby creating value in the shape of, for example, longer times between roll changes, which enables you to increase hourly production. Triotech is another example, this time from our portfolio of products for horizontal silos that helps to effectively protect your silage. This flexible film wrap moulds to the silage, thereby minimising air pockets and helping retain the high energy and nutritional content during storage.
Considered individually, some of our contributions to more effective agriculture may seem small, but even major rivers have many tributaries and these many small streams finally form a sizeable waterway. We call it Lean Farming and Lean Contracting.
