Tenospin is both strong and durable, flexible and elastic, making it easy to work with during wrapping. Tackifiers in the film give high laminating effects between the layers thus creating a tight package where air is prevented from entering the bale. For best results six layers of film is recommended. Long-term studies have shown that it gives significant benefits because it preserves a higher nutrient content. The bale may be stored outdoors for at least one year due to the fact that Tenospin is highly UV-stabilised.
