The new generation of silage film
In order to make bailing work in the field more efficiently, we have been working intensively on research and development of new products for a number of years. Trioplus is manufactured using our new production technique, Pre-tech, which utilizes the properties of the material more effectively, while retaining the same performance qualities from the film.
Valuable time savings
Trioplus is supplied with additional film on each roll. The previous standard of 1,500 metres can now be replaced by rolls that hold 2,000 or 2,200 metres per roll. This means that the number of roll replacements is reduced. You save time and get a better working situation while bailing.
Time benefits are very valuable. Being able to harvest when the energy and nutritional values of the crops are optimal increases the profitability of harvesting work.
Trioplus with 2,000 metres of film already increases capacity by 33 % per roll. With 750 rolls of Trioplus, you get as much film as you normally would with 1,000 rolls. With double rolls in the machine, 250 rolls involves 125 fewer changes. For 5 minutes per roll replacement, you can count on a time gain of 10.5 hours.
