BLOWN Stretch film

Trioplast offes blown stretch film for a wide range of different applications and machine types. We produce two types of blown stretch film. Blown mono, which is a one layer film with Polyisobutene (PIB), and Blown co-ex, which is a multilayer film without Polyisobutene.

Our Blown Stretch film can be stretched by up to 350% at 23”, and we are constantly developing new films and pushing the boundaries further to make the film capable of achieving even better results.

The most powerful method of reducing cost is to use less raw material, and therefore we provide films which give excellent load stability at thin thicknesses. It is important that these thin films are capable of being stretched to a high degree and our films have that capability all the way down to 12 micron.

If the load stability is sufficient, by using a blown stretch film it is possible to further reduce the number of layers used.

Blown co-ex stretch film is manufactured with one side sticky and one side extremely slippery, this ensures that the pallets do not stick toghether when block stacked.

If you need extra strength and puncture resistance for heavy duty goods and harsh conditions you should go for a blown Trioplast stretch film.
